The rooms are let under individual tenancy agreements with flexible tenancy periods. Some rooms benefit from private bathrooms and others shared bathrooms together with the communal kitchen and living room. The rents for our professional rooms are totally inclusive of electric, gas, water, sewage, council tax, internet and the cost of the regular cleaning of the communal areas.
